The Koeye Lodge is in an area where the environment can sometimes lead to unpredictable conditions.

Participation at the Koeye Lodge will require that travellers sign releases and covenants not to sue the Koeye Lodge or its participating agents in the absence of their own gross negligence. On the advancement of a deposit, the traveller agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth above.
