The Koeye River Lodge looks across the waters of the 'Inside Passage', and beyond to the distant shores of Hakai Pass. The lodge is 30 nautical miles south of the Heiltsuk village of Bella Bella.

Whether you choose to cruise the waters of the 'Discovery Coast' or soar above coastal mountain ranges, the journey and experience is spectacular - enjoy!

By Air: Flights operate daily from Vancouver's South Terminal to Bella Bella (via Port Hardy).

By Ferry: Port Hardy is located near the Northern tip of Vancouver Island, approximately 6 hours' drive from Victoria, BC. Parking is available near the ferry terminal for a nominal fee, and a shuttle can be arranged to transport you to and from 'Bear Cove', the ferry terminal.

The scenic 'Discovery Coast' ferry cruise operates from June to early September. The ferry journey from Port Hardy to Bella-Bella (McLoughlin Bay) is approximately 9 hours each way.

For the rest of the year, the 'Queen of Prince Rupert' cruises the Inside Passage from Port Hardy to Prince Rupert with mid-coast stops in McLoughlin Bay (the journey time is approximately 6.5 hours).

Transfer from Bella-Bella to Koeye: the Koeye Lodge staff will be happy to arrange your transfer from Bella-Bella to the Koeye Lodge.

The scenery in this region is breathtakingly beautiful. A scenic guided trip by speedboat (approximately 1-½ hours) through the waters of the famous 'Inside Passage' will bring you to shores of the Koeye.
